The liquid body: a journey to the source
The Liquid Body is a practice that brings the principles of osteopathy into the realm of warm water and the wisdom of gravity’s release. In this nurturing environment—where the body is both held and unbound—a subtle dance unfolds between structure and surrender.
Rooted in fascia research and somatic presence, this practice works with the body’s connective tissue to unwind tension, restore flow, and awaken deep inner listening.
Cradled by 34–35°C water, the body returns to a primal state of ease, reminiscent of the womb. Here, gravity softens, breath deepens, and movement becomes intuitive. Through gentle stretches, spirals, and floating touch, the fascia becomes more receptive, allowing old patterns to dissolve and the nervous system to reset.
FasciaSoma is accessible to all. No previous experience is needed—only a willingness to receive, to float, and to be moved. This delicate duet between giver and receiver invites profound emotional release, deep rest, and an intimate reconnection with the body’s inner tides. It is a journey into the liquid body—a return to source, where healing arises from within.
